RULES OF PLAY
The lnn of The Good Shepherd Holiday Cash Calendar 2O24

32 prizes will be awarded, valued at $10,000. Only 5000 tickets will be sold.
Eligibility
Board members, executives, and employees of the organization directly involved with charitable
gaming, and prize donors are not eligible to win.
Purchasers must be over 18 years of age to play. Tickets cannot be purchased in the name of a minor.
Purchasers of tickets must legibly write their information on the stub. Contact information for the
winners will be shared with the licensing authority.
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to allow us (The lnn of The Good Shepherd) the right, if you are a prize winner, to use and publicly disclose your name as required by the terms of our lottery license.
Tickets
Tickets are $10 each. Ticket numbers will be in sequential order.
5000 tickets will be printed. The odds of winning are dependent upon the number of tickets sold.
Ticket purchases are not tax-deductible.

Ticket Draw Dates
One ticket will be drawn daily throughout the month of January. (January 1st to January 31st
,2024)
Bonus draw for $500. Lambton Mall gift card will be drawn Friday, February 23rd
, 2024, at 1 pm.
Draw Control (Daily Draws)
Tickets will be drawn by the Executive Director from a drum with witnesses present. Winning tickets will be placed back into the drum and are eligible for all subsequent draws.
Draws will take place at The lnn of The Good Shepherd located at 115 John St., Sarnia, ON, N7T 2ZL.
Ticket holders do not need to be present at the time of the draw(s) to win.
In the event of an emergency (which would close the draw location), the draw will take place the next day possible.
Draw Control (Bonus Draw)
Ticket holders who would like to participate in the bonus draw can place their tickets in the drum at the Lambton Mall service desk.
Bonus Draw will take place at the Lambton Mall Guest Services Desk located at 1380 Lambton Mall Rd., Sarnia, ON. N7S 1P8 on Friday, February 23rd, 2024 at 1 pm.
The winning ticket will be drawn by a staff member of the Lambton Mall. Ticket holders do not have to be present at the time of the draw(s) to win.
In the event of an emergency (that would close the draw location), the draw will take place the next day possible.
Prize Winner Notification
Winners for all draws will be contacted by phone by the Executive Director.
Winners will be publicly posted at reception at The lnn of The Good Shepherd and on Facebook daily. Winners will also be posted weekly on the website (www.theinnsarnia.ca) and in the weekly electronic newsletter.
Prize Claim
Prizes will be awarded to the individual(s) named on the official ticket(s).
Personal identification must be presented to claim the prize.

Any unclaimed prizes will be held for 6 months from the date of the draw. Every reasonable effort will be made to contact the winner; including, attempting to locate the winner using the contact information provided on the ticket stub, by sending a registered letter if the address is available, telephoning the individual, posting on the website and Facebook page. Any unclaimed prize will be donated to a charitable organization approved by The Inn of The Good Shepherd and licensing authority.
