OW was trying to contact me via e-mail I had previously told them their email go to the spam folder and thus go unnoticed for some time I check my benefits website every month to see if I have any letters sometimes more I also requested that they use letter mail to contact me as this also did not happen
i sent the request info to OW but am unsure as to when they will be responding.
