Hi…I just got the letter from hidro power notice that I have to pay as soon as possible water bill which is 413 dollars .I’m on OW due to my healt issues I’m not able to work my job anymore I’m down 4 hours a week lust week I couldn’t work because I was in pain a lot due to my osteoarthritis and arthritis .I got hidro and water bill it comes to$570 I would appreciate if I get any help with this .Thank you in advance!
