On behalf of Scott Butler, my name is Lisa Johnston, and I am Scott’s Rehabilitation Therapist.

Currently, Scott is behind with his water bill. To my knowledge, no disconnection notice has been received, however, there are ongoing ‘Past Due’ notices being received.

Mr. Butler currently receives the maximum ODSP allocation, however, this amount does not cover all of Mr. Butlers monthly expenditures. Mr. Butler has been receiving support managing his bills and utility payments from both myself and his ODSP case worker, Stephanie Mella. Mr. Butlers ODSP case worker has supported Mr. Butler by submitting his past utilities to an MRB application. The MRB application has since been exhausted and no additional funding is available to Mr. Butler.
