I have been ill last couple months between getting covid and having a infection in my face leading to being in the hospital and then having to seek emergency dental health and having to deal with a dental bill which is around 2 thousand to 3 thousand dollars as well on top of cell phone which is $180 – $200 and internet costs which is $300 – $400 I went from 25 hrs a week 50+ hrs every 2 weeks to 15 hrs a week to 30hrs every 2 week’s.

Not able to afford food nor pay off any bills and currently falling behind in debt which is effecting my mental state and well being.

Willing to print of pay stubs and show other bills including internet,cell phone ans dental costs.
