On Oct 26th I went for carpal tunnel surgery. I returned to work in Dec and was working modified duties due to problems with my knee. I saw a specialist in Jan and was told that in the next year or 2 I would need total knee replacement surgery. On Feb 9th my supervisor to me not to come in for my next shifts and we would discuss my new modified duties. On Feb 14th I had a meeting which I thought was to discuss my modified duties and my work put me on Long Term Disability without me knowing or applying for it. I get only 70% of my pay but we are overwhelmed with payday loans that my husband got to help with bills. We are no over our heads with these payday loans and are in a deficit now with our bills.
We don’t have an eviction notice but our bills are past due. The property manager has sent an email about our past due water bill.
